Anastasia Foxe - Contemporary Single Title Romance Writer, Fabulous Interests

Career -

Anastasia Foxe spent twenty years writing industry articles and designing ads for the corporate world as well as running her own PR business. A journalism/graphic design double major from the University of Denver, she applied her talents in both the art and writing worlds. Anastasia currently works part time at her husband’s business streamlining managerial information while spending the rest of her day dreaming up stories. Her one fear is dying before she can turn all her ideas into manuscripts.

Blinded by Science –

Anastasia became legally blind at the age of 12. Unable to do most sports, she read books and inadvertently developed a love for science. Even after the miracle of lasic surgery came into her life, she read about quantum physics, anthropology, allergy studies, minerals, and most of all, fiction. Beware – a smidgen of science sneaks into all her books.

Travelling Fool –

Anastasia’s first taste of world travel involved a trade show trip to Amsterdam where she got her toe run over by a taxi driver in the famous Red Light district. From that moment on, telling stories about her adventures seemed a natural part of her life. From Italy to the Yucatan Peninsula, Anastasia has traveled all over the world to apply her experiences in her books. Having spent part of her life in a small mountain town in the foothills of the Colorado Rockies, she pines for a simpler life in between international flights.

Pie, Anyone?

Despite her limited repertoire in the kitchen after suffering from Celiac's Disease, Anastasia enjoys creating a myriad of gluten-free items from scratch, including her famous fruit pies with just the right amount of hockey puck crunchiness to make eating them a sport. She also likes to hike and bike when not eating or baking to keep the calories at bay.
